April 6- Lesson 8.8- Solving Inequalities Listen to the video linked in Google Classroom on Solve One Step Inequalities (5 minute - teaching video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jznNnsyofag&feature=emb_title Look at attached solve-graph-easy pdf in Google Classroom and answer the 8 questions. If you can answer all of these with the correct answers (also attached just scroll down) you do not need to Google Hangout me. If you can't solve these after watching the video, please google hangout with me. Bring a friend with you to the chat. Your grade is complete when I receive a private message in Google Classroom that says you understand this lesson or you do not understand this lesson. |

Go to lesson 8.8 in bigideasmath.com and complete page 396, 13-28, 31-38. If using textbook, email it to me. I would like to get everyone to use bigideasmath.com if at possible to save the number of ways the assignments are coming in. |

and Google Classroom. Make sure you are checking your messages as I
leave helps or comments, i.e. if you are missing something in the
assignments. April 6- Chapter 9 Test Review Go to www.bigideasmath.com and complete the Chapter 9 Test Review. This is textbook assignment, pg. 399, 1-8, 10-18, 24-32 . If using textbook, email it to me. If you have internet, try the bigideasmath.com site as it has free checks on each problem. Use Google Hangouts for all your problems or if you did poorly on an assignment - it is the easiest and quickest way to get help. |
April 7- Chapter 9 Test Review with Mrs. Olson Google Meet to review for test on Tuesday, April 7 at 1:00 pm. Find link and code in Google Classroom. This meet is not required. I will give extra credit for your time spent here. |
April 8- Chapter 9 Test In Google Classroom, follow the link to www.bigideasmath.com and take Chapter 9 Test. Make sure you have a calculator and a paper and pencil to work the problems before entering the answer. You only get one chance to enter an answer. Submit when complete. If you are taking a paper copy, please use the copy attached in Google Classroom or request one from Mrs. Olson. Paper Copy please don't do- 5-7, 16-17, 20. I would like to get everyone on bigideasmath.com if possible as tests and quizzes are a bit different and I can't make them the same. Give it a try if you can. |

that and www.bigideasmath.com April 6- Lesson 9.1-Square roots Go to bigideasmath.com by following the link in Google Classroom or log in through browser. Go through Lesson 9.1 in dynamic classroom in upper left corner (or use your textbook and go through lesson). Go to the assignment section and complete Lesson 9.1, page 378, 8-48 evens and submit. (or use textbook and email) Confused- meet me in Hangouts. It is so much easier - bring a friend! |

In bigideasmath.com, complete Lesson 9.2, textbook assignment pg. 386, 5-27 Google Meet is not required but extra credit will be given for your time. Quick easy way to get help! |

Job! April3/6-Quiz 9.1-9.3- This was on last Friday’s due Wednesday. Go to Bigideasmath.com and Quiz 9.1-9.3. It only has one chance to check work before you submit unlike the assignments. If you do poorly, I will give you one chance to redo BEFORE Wednesday. If you need a paper copy of this quiz, please contact Mrs. Olson and she will post one in Google Classroom for you to access. April 7-Lesson 9.5 Quadratic Formula Video and Song Listen to Mrs. Olson's personal video (link in Google Classroom) and call Mrs. Olson in a google hangout and sing the song to me or do the Google Meet with code (available in Classroom or upon request) on Tuesday, April 7th at 10:00 a.m. and sing it with others. **Google Meet is optional but I will be doing a mini-lesson on Lesson 9.5 too.
